That might be because the only SF soldiers (that I know of) that have been killed or wounded by aircraft (other than US Air Force

) is zero.

Trust me, if SF went head to head with a "serious" air threat they'd be packing some anti-air "heat".

(it take about 30 seconds of training to use a shoulder fired SAM)
