Caught the second episode and got to see what happened to Joe, Fred and Penny Jo.

I realize these kinds of shows edit footage but it was pretty plain to see Penny Jo got pissed at the group and quit - not getting her fair share of a mouse set her off. She was the first to push the button saying it was because she was old. I got the feeling she was still pissed at the group over the mouse.

Joe was the studmuffin outdoor fishing guide pushing the group to "Move, move, move" while Fred was the oldest out of shape dude slowing the whole group down. The other six were caught between the two trying to slow Joe down and speed Fred up.

Joe got fed up and was the second to push the button. His comment was something along the line of "I came out here to push myself but instead I'm trying to push these people." Then Fred realized he wasn't going to make it and he pushed his also. They rode out at the same time on the chopper.

The great gopher hunt around the cabin was side splitting. Reminded me of survival hunting north of El Paso.

Again, the most interesting part is seeing how the mind plays such a big part in "How they feel".

Carolyn was having a bad morning and almost rode out with Fred and Joe.

She sucked it up, packed up and started walking with the others.

It's been said here before - "A strong mind will carry a weak body farther then a strong body will carry a weak mind."

The remaining 5 seem to be a good mix and with close to two weeks in the bush have settled into a "routine".
