If you got 21 rounds of 9x19 into a single Glock 23 mag, Gaston Glock would like to talk to you and I would like to buy you a beer.

The barrel change thing is common knowledge and was designed that way. The .357 SIG is a necked down .40 S&W case. Occasionally, mags will be problematic when swapping out due to the shorter full width case section of the .357, but feeding should be more positive due to the bottleneck case.
