should. As a former Park Officer I watched the regulation's progress with interest over the past year. I was very glad to see it get approved and become effective. They are violating procedure with this back door approach. It should be interesting. The Sec of the Interior, Ken Salazar, is a pro-gun Democrat. He was previously the senator from my district. I've written him a letter asking for his views.
