It's not the first time I've gotten hold of these sort of things
I get hold of things like that almost all the time, (non-classified stuff, non-OPSEC stuff) from training manuals, to photographs, to films, the list goes on...
You're honestly the first thus far that seems to have a problem with a civilian being able to get a hold of non-classified, non-sensitive items...
