I am a former Marine, who served with 4th and 3rd Light Armored Reconnaisance Bn as a rifleman scout. I was in Kuwait and Iraq from February 2003 - November 2003. After honoring my contract with Uncle Sam, I finished college and got a BS in Kinesiology from UMCP, but somehow ended up as an IT geek.

My civilian job is a Cisco network engineer. I also joined the Virginia National Guard as a 25B, information systems operator. However, I was unhappy with sitting around and doing nothing or hiding from the 'hey you' working parties. Because of this, I recently tried out for the 20th SF Group in Glen Arm, MD and was transferred there. I am hoping to reclass as an 18E.

Outside of my civilian career, I spend most of my time running, lifting weights, humping/rucking (1-2 times a week), doing muay thai, and grappling (no-gi). I love training and would rather train harder now, so it is easier later. Outside of training and work, I try to allocate as much time to my wife as possible she does not grab me by the 'short and curlies' and PULL. I figure I would need her support in my future endeavors.
