[Kiran]

I am currently a 21B in the Army Reserves, and I'm shipping out for Basic and AIT this summer. I'm also a Junior in Industrial Engineering. I intend to sign a contract with ROTC in about a year, and I'd preferably like to branch Infantry. I do intend to improve my athletic and soldiering skills, and be the best I can before I get selected to get a shot at the Q course.

Also, my ID is my name. It's pronounced thusly:
KI as in KIt and RAN as in RUN [it's a short A sound.]
I've been told it's also an Irish name spelled Kiran or Kieren.

I ran across this website on google a while ago, but I forgot about it. I saw a link to it on futuresoldiers.com. I checked it out and the wealth of information is fascinating and beyond belief. I read every word with great humility as I remind myself that they're the words of the best of the best. Also, I've been using the search engine quite frequently.
