One question, without returning the 2008 taxes, how does this plan help those without jobs, being income tax targeted. I'm not referring to the lazy asses that have no intention of working, I am referring to those that have recently been laid off or have not been able to secure gainful employment? I understand that this is not a majority but if this were to go through it would seem to add insult to injury for those unlucky enough to get laid off before such a thing was passed.
