I read what is available, and was struck with the lack of words pertaining to Funerals?

Honor Gun Salutes, Caisson Parades, Flag Folding, and Taps at the grave.

Does anyone read it differently??

I ask because at the Colonel's services,, those of us not in uniform, were not consistent,, some did, some didn't...

I put my hand over my hart, mainly because I am not career retired,, But I really though a salute would have been more appropriate,, dignified, & respectful.
