I have a Gemtech 5.56/ .223 suppressor that I want to sell but keep getting mixed directions from the locals. Anyone know the "definitive" policy in North Carolina on suppressor sales? I have heard that the Cumberland County Sheriff will not approve the tax stamp for suppressors or other Class III weapons. Is this the case throughout NC or is it just a local trend?
