thanks for the replies, yeah I asked my nurse to elaborate on the PICC line and she told me all about it. I'm going to have it in for about 6 weeks and so thats a little frustrating. My only fear is the antibiotics and how often I have to actually receive them. The nurse said it well, and I am probably just overwhelmed at this point.
