Well we did the handoff to the recovery teams and left Galveston yesterday for a little R&R in Austin. The power came on over portions of the island on Thursday night at about 20:30. There were also several looting incidents that occured after residents were allowed back on.
Best to all the folks in the storm path. It is going to take a while.
