Why does it seem, at least in the air force anyway, that if you aren't an O-6 or a GO you obviously don't know what you are talking about. Never mind that you have about 15 years experience on doing this stuff.

Everyone is so anxious to ensure that another Katrina doesn't happen they are falling all over themselves making poor decisions, so at least they are seen as making a decision.
