I wouldn't know...220 lbs, about 6% bodyfat and benching well over 400+lbs...hadn't had anyone with the balls enough to try yet!LOL!!ha!ha! Just Kidding...thanks for the warm welcome!! I think the QPs will be all over you in a second, but hopefully I can save you some grief. Look in the section of the forum: SFAS(Special Forces Assessment & Selection) and it will tell you everything you need to know. I would hardly call it a 1 day tryout though. Also, you can check out the Special Forces Website and it will detail the training and everything you need to know. Here is the link:
