Excellent Book!
Sir,
I purchased your book several months ago and have read it several times. It is an excellent book that really opened my eyes to many techinques. Your boot lacing technique is used by at least half the Infantrymen in the Platoon I am serving in. Whenever a soldier would come up complaining of "shin splints" or Blisters, I would recommend your boot and lace technique to them. It single handedly dropped my post ruck march "casualties"  to zero. I am looking forward to going to SFAS come my return from Afghanistan, and I am sure I will be glad to have read your book.
