Granted, last year was a much easier year for the Buckeyes, but who was more deserving to be there then them?

Georgia and Hawaii were more deserving than either team that played in the National Championship game last year, and I'm a LSU fan.

Um, by default, I mean that OSU has an easy schedule that allows them to be defaulted to the top of the poles.

Lets look into the 2008 foozball season....

OSU v USC - 9/13
OSU v Michigan 11/22

Georgia v USC - 9/13
Georgia v Arizona State - 9/20
Georgia v Alabama - 9/27
Georgia v Tennessee - 10/11
Georgia v LSU 10/25
Georgia v Florida - 11/01
Georgia v Auburn - 11/15

Now, by way of defaulting into the BCS Championship Game, OSU only has to "win" 2 games...to be in the Championship Game. Were as, Georgia will have to run the tables and go undefeated and win the SEC conference championship to be considered for a chance at the BCS National Championship game.

Its fair to say that OSU can go undefeated in its own division....well b/c well look at it. It will be hard, in fact down right Las Vegas luck for an SEC team to run the tables, go undefeated, win the SEC Championship and then make the BCS game. I hope I have shed some light onto the reason why the fan base for the SEC detest the BCS ranking.

With a playoff system, and each conference having a "Champion", you would then take each Champ from each conference and have a playoff. Finial two teams play for the Championship......every other level of foot ball has it..why not college..............oh thats right the conference with OSU and USC didn't want it, because of the money.
