I have sat in the electric chair there at the USDB during a tour, and tried on the skull caps, before they converted to a set-up for lethal injection. The Hearing Room for adjudication of inmates, parole hearings, etc. was right next to it.
He needs the most painful option they have available. A bad hanging would suffice.

Crime committed. Tried and sentenced. Appeals as the law allows. POTUS decision to execute has been made. Did read it correctly, more appeals?
