IMO, the Cowboys are still a lock to win the NFC East, assuming that Romo has another great season. The wildcard hunt will be a tossup though. The Giants are going to be very competitive again, though it should be interesting to see how they will fare against the Skins' new and improved defense. As for Philadelphia, I don't see them being very good at all.
