Of course, the one plan of action that would probably work best is rejected.
As a U.S. civilian, I would enjoy seeing the results of QP's aggressively working around the world. Increase their budget and cut them loose. I would gladly pay a lot more in taxes directed to them to help them do their job.
Had a dream 2 weeks ago I had a Bill Gates budget ( I said it was a dream).
In the dream, I could well afford a few billion to go here and there.
Guess were a large chunk of my money was going.....
