Good Day Gentlemen

I am a SGT in the Army. I have been a light 21B all my career. Some of us may remember when it was a 12B. I am 42 years of age and seem not to know it or know better for that matter. I joined at the tender age of 29 so that I could get my butt kicked in to shape. Now I am in to kicking my own. I started as National Guard and have since moved to the Regular Army. I was looking at a 3rd tour and decided to jump all the way in before that happened. So I am at a wonderful Army post and starting SF PT in a week and 6 days. I supplement current PT with evening weight training and/or extra cardio depending on the cycle (and what kind of exercise my mind needs). I am also doing the six meal a day thing. I am on a slow upward burn to gear up against injury, as I heal slower, and to harden the weak points before selection in 6 months. I have also increased my reading and correspondence course load. I am here to listen, learn, do, and teach. Thank you for your time.........
