You can use a lot of things, many successfully. Mobil 1 synthetic motor oil is not a bad lube under some conditions, and is tremendously better than no lube.
I have seen the FP-10 for sale, but never actually used it. Most of the guys I know using specialty lubes are going with Militech or TW.
