TR The closest VA hospital is in Wilkes-Barre, about 2.5 hrs from me. I haven't heard fantastic things about it... Unfortunately, not a service connected disability. When I ETSd the Army in 1990, I was in fantastic shape, and maintained it throughout my LEO career, until the disc went out. So, either I have to look at other options the insurance will cover, or sell a few kids...
20 grand is a pretty big horse pill to swallow, especially with retiring in 6 months.
