If you are looking to buy a house the market is flooded with descent properties. If you are looking to rent a nice place, be prepared to pay too much or to look at dozens of dumps. Oh did I mention, at the end of my 1 year lease I was given two weeks to leave. Not because I was a bad tenant but because the owner wanted to live in the house I was in so he could rent out the house he was living in.
