Newest version of AR 11-6 Army Foreign Language Program is out on the street. Official Department of the Army

Even though CMF 18, 180A, and SF Branch fall under US Special Operations Command (USASOC) <-- See page 12 it provides good information WRT pay / proficiency / DLPTs / DLABs / and DLIFLC.

FWIW, The CAT I - IV language pay tables no longer exist, now it is A-C and depends upon the needs of the Army (e.g. Indonesian is a Cat II language, but falls within pay group A )

Also provide information on the OPIs (not a standard part of DLPT IV but now a required part of DLPT 5)
