Steve Greer and I were in B/3/5 which later became B/1/3 and served in Desert Storm and other deployments.

Steve Greer had to leave Special Forces because of the wear of an unauthorized “SCUBA” badge: that should have been a “military” career ender!

When I was in Iraq as an IC, Steve was seen on FOX News as an analyst; that set off a shit-storm with the SF guys on the ground. Telephone calls were going out by every possible means of communications to the states and FOX News….and they were not positive either!
