I contacted each of the email addresses on that page previously. Each of them besides one directed me to contact a regular active duty recruiter. The one who gave me alternate advice told me to return to active duty and submit a packet. Of course, this is an option but to ensure insertion into the pipeline, I would want something contractually promised.

I will recontact those SF recruiters that replied originally with the follow-up question I have developed here:

Where is the prior service 18X candidate entered into the pipeline upon re-entering active duty?
