Hugo Chavez is about as narcissistic as any one dictator could be. He may even surpass Hitler in this department. Narcissim is a sickness, not just arragance or an over inflated sense of ones self. This not only makes him certifiably insane, by most measures, it's an incredibly dangerous condition for someone in his position.
I do seem to remember that Vice President Dick Cheney said something very similar to a particular member of congress during a photo op a couple of years ago.
