Hello from Texas
Hell All;
My name is John, or just JD. I was in the US Army from 1987-1992 as a 91B10 back then, but I believe the MOS's have changed a bit. Proud "five-jump-chump" as they say...and had a great time while in service. After Operation Just Cause, I finished up my service at Fort Sam Houston, Texas and I’ve been in Texas since then.
I am a 16 year Texas Master Peace Officer and I’m currently assigned to my agencies Special Operations Division (SOD), where we focus primarily on fugitive apprehension and high-risk warrant operations. I am a team-leader and assaulter for my unit, as well as a trainer. Prior to this, I have had assignments in just about all LE positions imaginable.
I appreciate the add to PS.com and look forward to good, intelligent conversation with professional people. I enjoy sharing my experiences in LE, so if anyone wants to ask any questions from a LE perspective, I’ll be glad to chat about it.
