There is little that can be added to TR's post that would be of use.
But to answer your question...No
SF Qualification for officers involves being selected for, and attending, the Special Forces Officer program (18A). There have been a few physicians who have been able to talk the Army Medical Corps into letting them scoot out for a year or so of SF training. It is the exception, not the rule.
