LOL - it's a manual, not a Harlequin Romance. Even if he had written it, his name shouldn't appear anywhere in it or on it. Author credits on a manual read: "The proponent agency for this document is Hqs. XVIII Homosexual Tank Army Command. All requests for change will be submitted in triplicate on parchment paper in the form of a scroll. Don't ask why - Just comply!"
And like I said, I'm not picking on you. I just find it amazing that we feel the need to pay an Aussie to tell us what we already know. Realm of $10,000 hammers. And since public opinion seems to indicate that we aren't doing so well, perhaps the good author could stop writing and pick up a rifle - while we're going through this rough patch I mean.
