Any how, the talk got around to Bosnia/Kosovo stuff and he was there during one of the flare-ups and he said he had some tanks coming at his position and they were trying to get some air support. The Major stopped him and asked if it had been on this date and the MP replied "Yes". The Major replied "It was A-10s that smoked the tanks, right?" "Yes" "Those A-10s were from my unit. We were the ones who uploaded them with their munitions."
The next 10 minutes were right interesting - we got to meet his whole family real quick.
In the circle of life you never know how your actions here impact somebody else over there.
