This past weekend we visited one of Jeff Ruby's restaurants on the levy in New Port Kentucky. (Jeff was the owner of the steak house that kicked OJ out on his tail Derby weekend)
We decided to try a Mojito and none the less a Bacardi Mojito. After two the bartender asks if we'd ever had an Bacardi "Razz" Mojito. Very Tasty !!!
For a piture simply multiply the parts by six. Very tasty and the rum catches up to you much later. Be careful.
Recipe for Mojito's
1. 1 part Barcardi Razz Rum
2. 3 parts club soda
3. 12 mint leaves
4. 1/2 Lime
5. 1/2 sugar
Drink responsibly and alway's have a designated driver.
