Biography
My journey to becoming an artist, jeweler, and, metal smith has been long and complex. I feel fairly certain that I have not taken the most conventional route to becoming an artisan. Therefore, I feel compelled to take up a little space here and tell my story as well a publicly thanking those people that have helped me

Before turning to art I had spent thirteen years in the US Army Special Forces. It was my honor to have served ten years with the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) and almost three more with the 3rd SFG(A) as a Chief Warrant Officer. After leaving the military I turned to the Executive Protection field where I spent the next five years or so protecting celebrities, corporate executives and various other VIPs. Combined with providing high-level personal protection I also spent a great deal of time training police departments and private citizens in the tactical use of firearms, batons, and edged weapons. Eventually, I became very disenchanted with this lifestyle, and I set out to reclaim my identity and humanity. To this end, I moved to the Virgin Islands.

I've sent Rob Stewart an email asking him to answer a few questions concerning his SF service. We shall wait and see...
