I like the Leupy MR/T or TS-22 that was designed for the SPR. I like the SuperSnipers okay, but the glass lacks the clarity of the mopre expensive optics and the things are very heavy for a rifle if you have to hump it.

Interesting. Most cans for the .223 seem to have a POI shift of at least 1"-2" and Gemtech has a 4" shift (Crappy Can) At least on the rifle that I fired it from which was a Bushy with a 10.5" barrel. SWR's Spec War II suppressor is heavy but it's the only one that I can say has little if any shift in POI attached to the weapon. It's downfall is it's weight, but it's quite and probably performs as your Surefire does.
I do not puport to know the technology involved, but I would think that a suppressor worth it's salt would forge a bit more velocity ? Propellant gasses are trapped and displaced in a such manner as to push the bullet a bit more than an open barrel ? Or not ?
