Personally I'm tired of arguments of "collective rights" and "individual rights" models. This article spells it out clearly enough for any laymen to understand. There's no wiggle room, and no way to spin it or interpret it any differently. Unless of course your a socialist loving liberal communist.
Personally I'd rather just get to SCOTUS as quickly as possible. Let's get this interpreted now. If the interpretation of the 2nd Amendment stands as a collective right, then they'll have to come and take my firearms from me. If the opposite it the outcome, then we can hang every little city mayor or Gorvernor that attempts to trump states rights with preemptive action.
Let's get Bloomberg and Shumer and Billary out of the way now. Not later.
