This seems to be a pretty nice conversion. I don't know much about them. I ask my local Garand expert and he did not collect them or knew much about them either.
This may have been a civilian conversion. I am not sure of the cost of the rifle. It is also in 7.62 Nato. I have not checked to see if the barrel is a 30-06 with a sleave to convert it to a 7.62 Nato or it is a 7.62 Nato chambered barrel.
