I started making this in deer camp years ago, still make it when there's a large group out these days. Its simple, quick and tastes great!
1lb ground venison
1lb pork sausage
1 bag Ore-Ida potatoes O'brien (the one with peppers and onions)
1 dz eggs (scrambled)
hot sauce/salt/pepper
brown the sausage/venison together (dont drain)
add potatoes O'brien (cook till tender)
add eggs
season to taste
