First and foremost, this board is an invaluable asset for anybody interested in SF, and to get a jump start their on greater goals in the army.
My name is Leonard and I'm a 96B PFC serving in Iraq. I grew up in Japan since I was 5 and speak fluent Japanese. I attended a university near Tokyo working towards a degree in International Relations w/ a concentration in Persian Studies. I paid my own way through until I couldn't afford it anymore and then joined the Army.
The Army is my life and the greatest thing that has ever happened to me. I've always dreamed about and been fascinated SOF. Along the sidelines wondering what it's like to be SF, I'd make my own reasons not to pursue that way of life. The truth is, I'm my own LIMIT. The gloves are off. We're at war and the country needs motivated juggernaughts to complete the mission. If I fail it's because of myself, and myself alone. I've put in for SFAS recently and have been training here in Iraq. One way or another I will succeed and earn the right to be one of the best. There's no other way. My 25m target lies right infront of me....SFAS. I'll knock that target down, and the next, and then next, and every one after that. No matter how many times it takes.
