It sure is ! I love riding up there. Nice and cool, even in summertime. NATO school is still up in Oberammergau. They do some language training in Garmisch as well. Friend of mine is a arabic Gulf, she was here from Ft. Hood for a language class not so long ago.
They still do the wallet washing stuff ! Too funny, when the Isar river is covered with ice and snow...
