I would say that after 14 years, you will need to go back through again. SFAS is designed to get a snapshot of you and your performance. I am sure that you have changed significantly in 14 years. I know I have.

We were looking at a policy that required attendance within three years, not sure what they finally decided to do, but I would bank on having to go back through, if you can meet the age limit.
