One item I used to do in addition to the nine-line posted in the other reply, is to make contact with your SAR resource. They may have a completely different plan. There may be costs for being on stand by, picking up patients.
There are also other questions to ask them. (Most you have probably thought of.)
What is their response time to your general area?
Do they have special equipment-hoist, etc? And if so do they need specially trained personnel on the ground.
Do they have a certain way to set up the LZ, minimum requirments.
That slide show is a very good start. Make sure all your folks are trained on how to do a nine-line, if that's what you're going to use.
