Had a local Doctor in Fayettebragg send it to us (The TM). Great reading, loved the lay out within the chapters, like its been posted here. A book in which leaders within our field (MIL & LEO, Fire, EMS, ETC) should be issued at school during leadership developement meetings or training.

Like the break down for Sqd/Tm level to the Org level for everything from Training, AARs, to leadership in the different roles Howe covers.

Sluggos.. If U don't have it, after RFF tell Ur loves ones this is what U want as a persent from Ur Anut, Uncle, Sister, Brother.. U get the point.

It takes 2000-3000 times to get something right.
