"We are setting a goal" Hillary's response to the March 08 pull out date for the troops.
Since when is a date to quit a goal ? A "goal" would be to win by some measurable standard. A "Goal" would be to achieve a task worth noting by accomplishment. A "Goal" is setting forth an achievment for a future task, not jut a timeline on quiting.
Would the Chicago Bears have met their goal by quiting after they scored the first 14 pts in the Super Bowl and then packing up due to rain ?
Hillary cant even define a simple work like "goal" unless it means quiting.
