I have the luxury of working with someone who has been there and done that. In my 18 years of service I find it humbling to listen and learn from those who have come before me but are not gone, maybe mostly because they are stubborn. I thank those of you who have the power in this forum for not giving me the boot just yet. I am here to not only get knowledge, but also contribute to the subjects that I can. Once again thank you all for this opportunity and to those who are here and still debating whether to stay or not I say this:

The Spartans learned only one craft, soldiering, and were inculcated with only one conception of excellence: fighting bravely for their city.
