Maybe he should ask Congress to give the boys another chance, and to hold off on the surrender, I mean "Peace With Honor" documents for a little while longer.
I am sure that it is tough sitting in their offices on Capitol Hill, voting on pet projects and earmarks while stuffing money in their freezers, but if the troops are still willing to fight, shouldn't Congress be?
