Hah, hah! This is great! I had a chemistry teacher give a lecture on Dihydrogen Monoxide. He explained how it was the universal solvent, etc. Towards the end of the lecture, he lectured us for not understanding the previous lecture concerning chemical naming convictions.

"Had you understood and studied the previous lecture, you would have be well-aware that dihydrogen monoxide is water. Take about one sheet of paper and a pencil, and put away everything else. We're having a quiz."

Apparently, none of these folks had a good chemistry teacher or professor.
