I would check out this holster from
Tactical Tailors, as well as this 6004 conversion from
Diamondback Tactical. I have no experience with this specific holster but I know Blade Tech makes good stuff so you might want to check
this out.
Good luck finding a replacement. Also if you need a copy of that video to show your COC let me know (because I filmed the incident).
