On my first rotation (Richmond), every time I worked in a new department, I explained why I was there, what I expected I would do on a team (to the best of my understanding, having not BTDT) and asked if they would recommend books to help build a working reference library. I have a pretty good list going so far, but would really dig having some titles that you've found to be particularly useful. On another thread x-sf-med offered up a couple as well. . .
