I had to work the ER at Womack after an 82nd full Div Jump while reclassing to 18D - more neck, back, femur, tib-fib, and arm fractures than I could count. Not to mention the guy that went through the windshield of a duece and a half instead of a PLF, or the guy that decided he wanted to see if he could steer into the open top of an M113, or the guy who straddled a 105 on landing.
They might as well have just thrown them off a cliff, like lemmings.
