I belive he was refering to Maj. Gen. Tom Csrnko and his wife being a strong command team he was pointing at them sitting in the front row next to the speaker platform.
Think its a typo should have said (this bench) refering to the people sitting there. Gen. Brown was also sitting in the same area.
Least thats what i thought as I was standing in the formation.
